My dear Apollo,
Your words engulf me like a gentle breeze, carrying with them the scent of your presence in my life. I dream of you, not only in dreams but also while I am awake. Your image is ingrained in every moment of my day, like a beautiful song that never fades.
Music is usually so soothing, but now it carries a note of contradiction because in every word and tone, I hear your voice. I send you love with my thoughts, may the wind carry it to you like leaves in an autumn breeze. Writing serves as my salvation, and I place this message in a bottle, letting it drift down the river of love towards you.
I feel the smoke of dreams and hopes surrounding me, colored by your desire and my longing for you. Time flows slowly, and the hands of the clock seem to have stopped, as if waiting for our meeting. Your sleep is like a movie screen before my eyes, where I see you sleeping, blush and tender. I want to kiss you, but I don't want to wake you. I would just watch over you, protect you from the night's specters.
I feel the bitterness of miles and distance that separate us, but I count the days until our meeting. I think about that millionth moment when I will approach you, maybe without words, let our hugs and glances speak all that we feel. Perhaps then silence will be the most beautiful way of communication.
