Ice

Ice

Ice

I would ignite a fire
on desolate shores.
I would warm the frostbite of the heart
within your bosom.

Why have you frozen?
Weary, I lie on a blanket of glass,
weary of the lonely, cold hell;
Winter has shackled you, damned.

I listen to your breathing...
On your heart, a frozen head...
Does it sleep, God, does it sleep?
Whom does it dream of?

Tell me, and I'll set the whole world on fire,
whisper to me, please,
let me burn in the flames, cursed
just so the waiting doesn't hurt me anymore.

YOU

What are you? Who are you? Where is your place in the boundless expanse of souls and hearts in this world? In the eternal ocean of human love, suffering, diving, rising, truth, and deceit, faith and disbelief, goodness and sin, you are the whiteness that attracts with its purity and uniqueness. A pearl that is part of that eternity, and that must never be forcibly torn from it. Whoever is drawn to your light must never snatch you away, seize you and imagine that they can possess you. You will never be the beauty that adorns the limited space of human envy, vanity, and the desire to conquer and possess everything that shines with purity.

What would happen if one tried? The sky would lose the purity of its blue, the ocean would become lifeless, and the winds would tear apart its soul with the roar of pain and longing for the purity of unfathomable depths. It can descend to your home to get to know you, without rushing and seeking nothing. Pure souls and hearts must approach you, understand you, and follow the path of your radiance. And every path can return to you, and each time it will reveal something new and unique that your light carries within.

How long will it come to you? How often? Until it fully realizes that it is a pearl, the purity and fragility and strength of your soul. And it learns to accept the beats of your heart into its own, making unity sacred and inseparable. No one, never, will mirror themselves in you, nor will they be able to find similarity if they disturb harmony and do not rise above their flaws, fears, and doubts. If your brilliance blinds them, they are not worthy; if they cannot accept you, understand, they will never find their reflection in your radiance.

Now the sky is calm, the ocean is full of life because the pearl feeds it, soothes and calms the winds, dispels the storm, and makes the harmony strong and untouched. That's you, Marina. A pearl in eternity!
