Born in Washington State, Northwest territory back in 1963
The last son of four boys with an older sister that struck it out on her own at fifteen years old never looked back and whose father failed himself and that failure overflowed to childern. Our mother raised us alone with no help from Dad, she was a bartender working three jobs for as long as I can remember. Gorwing up I never realized I was poor she gave me everythig I needed and the lessons she taught were to last a lifetime. I was shy and innocent gorwing up back in those days life was not so complicated like today. If you worked hard went to school saved your money you could make it here in America so that's whant I set out to do.
I graduated from Stasium High School in Tacoma Washington attented community college and Vocational School additional five years to become a Union member and Commercial Plumber in Seattle Washington. I put in 30 years in the trades as carftsman and after that I was hired with the Department of Defense where I retired early a few years back.
I married Jeanne Milton we have been together 29 give or take: She is my world my Hero. Jeanne has a son my step son and we have grandchildren little two boys that all live in Texas.
Today I write poetry to explain to next generation how beautiful it was in the tima of the baby boomers.
Why do we not stare
Yielding to my heart as if to tear
Beauty perceives true Love
Dexterity of the minds grief
and all things rare
